I am searching for Leroy Williams who trained at Fort Bliss, TX 1940-41 or anyone who remembers him. My cousin has a picture of his father but no details other than that he did not come back from WW11 and was supposedly killed. In the picture his insignia on his arm appears to be Cav. Pvt. lst Class (a black "V" at the top with an inverted "V" at the bottom) This is all we have to go on except he trained at Ft. Bliss and dated a girl there by the last name of Urvina.
